Founded in 2018 by Cédric Ringenbach, The Climate Fresk NGO has been working to bring people and organisations on board with the climate. The Climate Fresk NGO does this by enabling the rapid growth of climate education and shared understanding of the challenge that climate change represents.

Alinae Consulting is engaging itself on Sustainable development & in Circular Economy, but also into spreading the understanding of the causes and consequences of the climate change.

Thus, Nathalie certified herself as a Climat Fresk Facilitator and organise collaborative workshops.

So Do you want to act for the climate but don’t have time to become a climatologist?
In 3 hours, the collaborative workshop « The Climate Fresk » makes it possible to understand the essence of climate issues to take action and thus participate in the transition necessary for our planet.

Individual coaching for whom?

For high potential leaders and managers, the art of management is rarely innate.

How does individual coaching take place?

Period : 4 to 6 months
Duration of the sessions : 2h session every 2 or 3 weeks

10 sessions of 2h, around 4 main themes:

A new partner for e-learning !

A new way of learning and training.

Let’s talk about e-learning with a new partner, Learnbox.

Learnbox contacted me a year ago , to be a ‘’speaker’’ in a short e-learning video about ‘’home office’’. It was a great experience, fun, and adapting this concept of e-learning to my training services and especially on Sales training would benefit a lot to Mauritian’s companies.

On one end, like they have an onboarding process for example, the company will be sure that ALL new sales advisors recruted will follow e-sales modules tailormade and be rapidly operational.

On the other end, the benefit will be financial and those e-sales modules are designed as a refresh on the sales techniques, always accessible, short and crisp and always followed by an assessment.
